The adventure started with establishing stable and reliable supply channels of high-quality leather. Every opportunity to improve the end-product was secured. Each time, overtaking one step of the value-chain. Within 35 years, the interplay of production chains started from rearing calves, and ended with manufacturing the finest luxury leather items.
During that time, it became clear that poor nutrition badly affected the end-product. Tannery and leather treatments could patch up some of the imperfections, but eventually became an economical burden. To ‘take the bull by its horns’ we needed to work with the right raw materials in order to deliver the finest product possible.
